Your email address will only be used by  Chez Champignon to contact you concerning your order.   If you  request to be on our newsletter mailing list; we will, on occasion, send you updates on the sequel and new items we come up with.  We will never ever sell or give away your email for mass mailings, we hate that.   We use Wells Fargo SecureNet for the shopping cart. They give us your order information and shipping address, they do not give us your credit card number.
